SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping:
Our products are shipped from California Monday through Friday.
All orders placed will typically be processed and shipped the next day, unless there are any unexpected delays like weather conditions or order verification.
We provide orders within the United States, which are shipped using USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
For expedited orders, we offer FedEx Next Day mail services.
International Shipping:
We do not yet offer this but look out for updates on international shipping in the near future.
Returns & Exchanges:
Please be aware that we do not offer exchanges. However, we do accept returns within a 30-day window from the date of purchase.
To initiate a return, your item must meet certain criteria, including being unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be accompanied by its original packaging, including all attached tags.
After receiving your return, our team will review and inspect the hair to ensure it meets the necessary conditions for return. Rejected items will be returned to you via First Class Mail.
All refunds will be processed on the following Friday following the completion of the return review.

Returns for Installed Hair:
